1. The relationship
Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or franchisees of Smelloff. Nothing here creates an employment relationship, and you are responsible for your own taxes on commission income.
2. Commissions
Commissions are a percentage of order subtotal (excluding shipping), computed at the rate for your level at the time the order is placed, and become withdrawable 7 days after the order is delivered. Commission rates and program terms can change with 15 days' notice posted on this site and emailed to partners. Already earned commissions are never repriced.
3. Reversals and clawback
Commissions on orders that are returned to origin (RTO), refunded, or found fraudulent are reversed. Smelloff reserves the right to reverse commissions, withhold payouts, and terminate accounts for self-purchases made to farm commissions, click fraud, misleading advertising, or violation of these terms. Every reversal is shown with a written reason.
4. Payouts
Payouts are made within 24 hours of request via UPI or bank transfer, at a minimum of ₹500 (₹100 for your first payout), require a verified Instagram handle, and above statutory thresholds require a valid PAN (TDS under Section 194H may be deducted where applicable). Balances of closed fraudulent accounts are forfeit.
5. Advertising rules
Partners must disclose the commercial relationship in their content per ASCI guidelines (e.g. #SmelloffPartner #ad), must not make medical or false claims about the product, and must not use spam, paid-click schemes, or trademark-bidding.
6. The program
Referral is single-level: you earn a one-time bounty when a creator you invite makes their first delivered sale. There is no multi-level structure, no joining fee, and no purchase requirement — this is an advertising partnership, not an income scheme.
7. Termination
You can leave any time by emailing us; earned commissions above the minimum are paid out on the normal schedule. We may suspend accounts violating these terms, with reasons given.
